Kelly Crummer is an accomplished franchise development leader with over a decade of experience in strategic growth, recruitment, and brand expansion. She currently serves as Senior Director of Franchising for the U.S. and Canada at Firehouse Subs, where she spearheads new growth and transfer initiatives across North America. Crummer is passionate about helping entrepreneurs build successful businesses, while also championing the company’s commitment to community support through the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation®, which supports first responders and veterans.
Before joining Firehouse Subs, Kelly spent seven years at Scooter’s Coffee, progressing from Director of Franchise Recruitment to Vice President of Franchise Development. During her tenure, she led high-performing teams, implemented scalable growth strategies, and played a pivotal role in expanding the brand’s footprint across the U.S. She resides in Jacksonville with her husband and daughter and enjoys college sports, Broadway musicals, and concerts.
