Patrick is a managing partner for Boxwood Partners, a boutique investment bank in Jupiter, Florida, with an office in Richmond, Virginia, where he leads transactions for Boxwood’s sell-side M&A advisory practice. He has led sell-side transactions including VAi, MonsterTree, Consolidated Label, Shelf Genie, Advantaclean, Achieve1, NSC Technologies, Parker Products, Dorsey Wright & Associates, the capital raise for Digital Risk, the buy-out and minority investment in Sweet Frog Yogurt, and the buy-outs of Yoga Direct, Yoga Accessories, Everything Yoga and Red Rock Products.
Patrick also served as the chairman and CEO of sweetFrog Enterprises and CEO of Shockoe Commerce Group.
