Self-serve frozen yogurt retailer Menchie’s recently signed a development agreement with Yogurtworld Corporation, which will develop 100 units in Canada. The first Menchie’s will open in Vaughan, Ontario in September. Menchie’s also agreed to a deal with the Shuler Yogurt Company to open five locations in North Atlanta within the next two months and 12 total by the end of the year.
California-based frozen yogurt franchise Pinkberry inked a deal with Bill Harmening II, who will open at least six stores in Orlando, Florida. He plans to develop the units over the next six years.
Bruegger’s, the bagel and sandwich franchise, signed a development deal with Scott and Kim Berger. The husband and wife team will open three locations in the Louisville area, the first scheduled to open late this year.
