He leads the consumer team’s efforts in franchising and has deep subsector expertise in restaurants, fitness, consumer services and car wash, among other multi-unit concepts. Charlie has executed sell-side and buy-side M&A, strategic advisory and private and public capital markets transactions totaling over $10 billion during his 25+ year career.
