Rich Reynolds joined Batteries Plus in the new position of president, Batteries Plus Stores Group. Reynolds has a 30-year background at discount retailer Target.

Doc Popcorn appointed food industry veteran Garth Moore as chief operations officer, a newly created position. He will oversee all aspects of operations, and what the company calls POPrietor support.

 

Jim Goniea, until recently vice president/general counsel of AAMCO and Cottman, joined the national franchise practice of law firm Wiggin and Dana.

Meg Roberts is the new president at Molly Maid, appointed because of her "innate ability to develop and lead teams," the company said. She was VP of marketing for Service Brands International, Molly Maid’s parent company.

There’s a new vice president of operations at Glass Doctor. Bradley Voreis joined the franchisor, following the resignation of Douglas Dotson.

A newly created position at Sbarro goes to Eric Taylor, named vice president of international franchise development. Also, Dave Gleason becomes Sbarro’s vice president of franchise development for North America.

Donna Josephson joined McAlister’s Deli as vice president of marketing. She was regional marketing director for The Wendy’s Co.

BrightStar Care, a home healthcare and staffing provider, appointed Thom Gilday as chief financial officer.

Sheldon Harris, former president of Cold Stone Creamery, is the new CEO of Complete Nutrition. Former CEO Cory Wiedel, company founder, will serve as chairman of the newly created board of directors.

Waterford Hotel Group, a hotel management firm, named Christopher Flagg as director of development.
