Trade publication Airport Revenue News (ARN) recognized Bruegger’s Bagels as the "Best New Food and Beverage Concept" in the "Small Operators" category for 2010. The Vermont-based bagel chain received the honor at the ARN’s annual Conference and Exhibition in Houston, Texas.
Bruegger’s has opened numerous stores at airports over the past two years, including at Cleveland-Hopkins International, Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International and Raleigh-Durham International. The chain launched its airport growth strategy in 2006, and by the end of March, will have 295 locations throughout 26 states, Washington D.C. and Toronto.
