Tijuana Flats has a new owner, which the company announced after filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in Florida.
A bankruptcy filing in early 2020 put the brakes on growth at gastropub concept Bar Louie, but the brand is now positioned to pursue new development, said CEO Brian Wright, who took the helm in September 2022.
Under the leadership of a new brand-fanatic CEO and well-capitalized ownership group, Tijuana Flats is back in the franchise game.
